BACON WRAPPED CREAM CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
- 2 skinless, boneless breasts of chicken
- a serving of cream cheese, 4
- Shredded 1/4 cup Pepperjack cheese
- 2 teaspoons chopped green onion
- 4 to 8 bacon bits
Give the chicken four pieces of the same size. the breast to a thickness of roughly 1/4″.
Shredded pepper jack cheese, sliced green onions, and melted cream cheese should all be combined. Each chicken piece should have a quarter of this mixture in the center.
Roll the chicken breast up starting at the long side, keeping the cheese mixture in the center.
If necessary, secure the bacon-wrapped chicken breast with a toothpick.
Each breast only needs one slice of bacon wrapped around it. However, two strips of bacon for each breast completely encase the chicken and are exceptional.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
