- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger or ginger paste

- Beef Stir Fry
- 1 1/4 lbs. strip steak, flank steak, or sirloin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil replacement peanut oil or canola oil
- 3 massive eggs beaten
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion finely diced
- 2 medium carrots peeled and finely chopped
- 4 cups cooked and chilled rice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 inexperienced onion thinly sliced
