Best Ever Beef Stew

This red meat stew is the closing bloodless climate alleviation food. After a few hours in the oven, the meat will become meltingly smooth and enveloped in a prosperous wine sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kilos red meat stew meat
  • ½ cup all motive flour
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 massive onion, diced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 heaping teaspoons pork demi-glace (or red meat Swanson Flavor Boost)
  • 4 medium to massive crimson skinned potatoes, washed & diced
  • 3 massive carrots, peeled & sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake the pork stew meat in a resealable plastic bag with the flour & seasoning salt till evenly coated. Heat the olive oil in a skillet; add the floured stew meat to the pan & brown on all sides. Remove the use of a slotted spoon or tongs & location into the backside of a gradual cooker. Season with pepper.

Saute the diced onion in the identical warm skillet for two minutes. Don’t fear about cleansing it out in between – that’s introduced flavor! Transfer the onions into the gradual cooker as well. Pour the Worcestershire sauce, water, & red meat demi glace (or Swanson Flavor Boost) into the skillet and whisk till mixed, making certain you scrape up any browned bits in the backside of the pan.
