INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1/2 lb. flat iron steak or sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Place all ingredients except steak in a large zip-top bag. Stir with a spoon until well combined.
2 Add the steak pieces and close. Shake gently to coat the steak in the marinade. Place the bag in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.
3 Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Heat the pan until very hot. Remove the steak pieces from the marinade with a slotted spoon and place them in the heated pan. Discard the marinade. Cook steak to desired temperature. We like it medium rare, so I cooked it for about 3 minutes.
4 Serve hot and enjoy!
