Biscoff No Bake Cheesecake

I made this Biscoff No Bake Cheesecake for Easter with the household and it was so top I knew I had to make a video out of it! So effortless to make, strive this and let me recognize what you think!

INGREDIENTS

  • Three blocks cream cheese 8oz
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 jar Biscoff cookie butter 14oz
  • 16 oz cool whip
  • 2 applications Biscoff cookies
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • Caramel syrup for topping
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place 1 bundle biscoff cookies in a gallon ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin till fine.
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add melted butter. Mix well…
    In a 9″ springform pan region parchment paper in the bottom. Pour in overwhelmed cookies and tamp down with a glass. Line outer part with 2nd package deal of cookies(you will have some left over) then set aside.
  3. In a massive mixing bowl beat collectively cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar with hand mixer un til nicely combined.
  4. Add cookie butter and beat till smooth.
    Lastly, add thawed cool whip and combine till even consistency.
  5. Transfer that to springform pan and clean out evenly. Place in fridge for a few hours.
  6. After cheesecake is set pinnacle with caramel syrup and seas salt. Enjoy!!
