You can also already be acquainted with my first cookie brownie recipe, this one has been barely modified for thicker cookies, if you are greedy, you will love it
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams darkish chocolate dessert
- 70 grams semi-salted butter
- 2 medium eggs
- 100 grams golden cane sugar
- 50 grams white sugar
- 120 grams T45 wheat flour
- 35 grams cornflour
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- fleur de sel
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Cut the chocolate and butter into pieces, location them in a saucepan and soften them over medium warmness till smooth.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla. Add the chocolate and melted butter and whisk to incorporate.
Then whisk in the flour, cornstarch and baking powder the use of a spatula.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using an ice cream (or tablespoon), make small piles of dough on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 12-14 minutes. Let cool, add a pinch of fleur de sel on pinnacle of every cookie and enjoy!
