- 2 boxes Pillsbury croissants
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted butter cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
Roll out the bottom of a 9 x 13 (or 8) pan and spread the bottom of a croissant box x 8 if you want to halve the recipe). Stir in cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla. Spread on a layer of crescent rolls. Unfold the remaining crescent rolls and place them on top of the cream cheese layer. Melt the butter and spread it over the croissants.Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and lightly browned. Drizzle with a little honey if desired. Wait a while, cut it and eat it.
