Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

  • Author: kecha

Description

These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a fresh and creamy no-bake dessert made with juicy strawberries filled with sweetened cheesecake filling and topped with crushed cookies. They’re the perfect handheld treat for any occasion—from spring brunches to Valentine’s Day dessert trays.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and hulled

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for creamier texture)

  • 1/4 cup crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers (for topping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberries
Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or melon baller to gently scoop out a small cavity in the center of each half.

  • Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add 1 tbsp of heavy cream if needed for a lighter texture.

  • Fill the Strawberries
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each hollowed strawberry half. For best results, use a piping bag or ziplock with the tip cut off.

  • Add the Crunchy Topping
Sprinkle crushed Golden Oreos or graham cracker crumbs over the top of the filling.

  • Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes before serving for a firmer filling and better flavor.

Notes

  •  You can use mascarpone instead of cream cheese for a lighter flavor.

  •  Add mini chocolate chips or a drizzle of melted chocolate for extra decadence.

  •  Try adding lemon zest or strawberry jam to the filling for a flavor twist.

  •  Best served chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
