Ingredients

8 mini sweet peppers, halved and deseeded

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 teaspoon minced garlic

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons sour cream

Optional: chopped green onions or chives for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Filling

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic, and crumbled bacon.

Stir until well combined and smooth.
3. Fill the Peppers

Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
