Cheesy Crunchy Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups crushed spicy cheese-flavored chips (like Flamin’ Hot Cheetos)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the chicken: Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dredge and coat: Dip each chicken cutlet first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in crushed chips, ensuring a thorough coating.
- Fry: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken cutlets until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add cheese: Once cooked, top each cutlet with mozzarella cheese and let it melt (you can cover the pan for a minute to help the cheese melt).
- Serve hot: Enjoy these gooey, crunchy delights fresh out of the pan!
