Cheesy Crunchy Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups crushed spicy cheese-flavored chips (like Flamin’ Hot Cheetos)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken: Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge and coat: Dip each chicken cutlet first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in crushed chips, ensuring a thorough coating.
  3. Fry: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken cutlets until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Add cheese: Once cooked, top each cutlet with mozzarella cheese and let it melt (you can cover the pan for a minute to help the cheese melt).
  5. Serve hot: Enjoy these gooey, crunchy delights fresh out of the pan!
