- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can pasta
- 1 cup cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
- 1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes, blended
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 200°F.
2. Heat the oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the finely chopped onion and fry until it becomes transparent.
3, Add the lean minced meat to the pan and fry until browned and cooked through. Cut into pieces while cooking.
4. Season the meat with salt, black pepper and chopped garlic. Mix well to combine flavors.You can also add additional spices at this point.
5. Add the whole mixed tomato and mix. Let it steep for a few minutes.
6.Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions. Filter until al dente.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the meat and tomato mixture. Mix them evenly.

9. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
