This hearty Cheesy Mozzarella Chicken Bake goes splendidly with a crisp inexperienced salad tossed with vinaigrette, or steamed inexperienced beans for a contact of freshness. INGREDIENTS
- four boneless, skinless fowl breasts
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to style
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the rooster breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium warmth and sear the fowl breasts till golden, about three minutes on every side. This provides a fantastic shade and locks in flavor!
Spread a skinny layer of marinara sauce at the backside of a baking dish.
Place the seared poultry breasts in the baking dish. Pour the last marinara sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or till the fowl is utterly cooked and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let it rest for a few minutes earlier than serving to let the flavors meld together.
