Ingredients

  • Dutch-processed cocoa, one-third cup
  • espresso instant, 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • 2 teaspoons and half a cup of boiling water
  • 2 ounces of chopped, unsweetened chocolate
  • Fourths of a cup Melted half a stick of unsalted butter
  • Vegetable oil, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons
  • 2 huge eggs, each with 2 enormous yolks
  • Vanilla extract, two tablespoons
  • 2 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose unbleached flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 15 “fun-size” coarsely chopped Snickers
