INGREDIENTS

For the Steak:

  • Four half-pound cube steaks
  • One cup all-purpose flour; – One teaspoon powdered garlic
  • One teaspoon powdered onion
  • One tsp of paprika
  • A couple of tsp kosher salt
  • One-half tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Two sizable eggs
  • One-fourth cup milk
  • Fried in vegetable oil

For the Gravy:

  • 1/4 cup of pan grease
  • Two cups whole milk
  • Two teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • Season with salt and pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start by using a shallow bowl and mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Here are your baking ingredients:
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and 1/4 cup of milk until combined and combined.
3. Dip each steak in the flour mixture first. Remove excess. Dip in egg mixture. Then turn it into the flour mixture to mix well. Place each steak on the grill.
4.Pour vegetable oil in a large pan to cover the bottom and heat over medium heat. Brown the steak in pieces if necessary. About 3-4 minutes on each side. or until golden brown and crispy. We leave it and cover it with paper to keep it warm

5. For the gravy First, pour the excess oil in the pan. With about 1/4 cup remaining in the pan, sprinkle with flour and stir over medium heat until golden
6. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the liquid thickens, about 5 minutes.Salt and pepper to taste
7. Season the beef well. With a spoonful of creamy gravy.
