INGREDIENTS
- 1 and a half cups fine almond flour
- cocoa powder, 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons of Dutch cocoa or more regular
- 2 14 teaspoon of baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup choice of milk or water
- 3 eggs, along with the earlier-mentioned vegan alternative
- 1/3 cup of normal sugar or granulated erythritol
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract heated low-carb whipping cream.

INSTRUCTIONS
Simply double the recipe and bake in two 8-inch pans to create a double layer cake. I provided some suggestions for keto frosting in the piece above. If you prefer to see things visually, be sure to watch the recipe video up above!Set the oven to 350 degrees. An 8-inch pan should be greased and lined with parchment. Spread onto the pan after thoroughly combining all ingredients. Use a second layer of parchment to smooth down, if necessary. Bake for 14 minutes on the center rack; if your oven needs additional time, bake until the mixture is solid. Let icing set after complete cooling.
