Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Grease and flour a bundt pan (or use baking spray with flour).

2. Make the Topping

  • In a small bowl, mix the ¼ cup sugar with 1½ tsp cinnamon.

  • Sprinkle half of this mixture evenly inside the greased bundt pan.

3. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon.

4. Cream Butter & Sugar

  • In another large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

  • Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.

5. Combine & Layer

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

  • Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar, and add the rest of the batter.

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
