INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground beef tenderloin
  • 2 cups raw scallops
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 bell pepper, sliced ​​
  • 4-5 cups water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Brown the beef over medium heat in the drained pot, add the mussels and stir a little, brown the beef a little, add the remaining spices, onions and peppers, then add the tomato sauce and stir (remember to break up the bouillon cube). and stir until it melts on the heat) Add water and cook for 5 minutes, then cover and cook over low heat until the shells are tender, about 10 minutes, and serve.
