Ingredients

  • Cake Base:

    • 3/4 cup water
    • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Optional Glaze:
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or use non-stick spray to ensure easy removal.
  2. Mix the Batter:

  3. Bake:
    Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool the Cake:
    Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

    In a small saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves. Pour the glaze over the cake while still warm for extra flavor.
