Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken
Ingredients
- 7.5 oz chive and onion cream cheese
- 10.5 oz Campbell’s condensed cream of bacon soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup actual bacon bits
- 4 boneless, skinless hen breasts
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup beaten Doritos
Instructions
Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese and cream of bacon soup. Use an electric powered mixer to combination till smooth.
Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and bacon bits. Set aside.
Horizontally slice the fowl breasts to open them up. Spoon the cream cheese combination onto the bottom halves of the chicken.
Fold the pinnacle halves of the poultry over the cream cheese mixture and area in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, beat the egg well. Brush the overwhelmed egg over the tops of the fowl breasts.
Sprinkle the beaten Doritos over the chicken, urgent them down to adhere to the egg wash.
Bake for 33 minutes, or till the rooster is cooked through. Allow the rooster to relaxation for a few minutes earlier than serving.
