Ingredients:
- 4 sticks butter
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups flour (cake or all-purpose flour)

Instructions:
Preheat oven and baking tray: Preheat your oven to 165°C (325°F).Grease and flour a 25cm tube or Bundt cake tin. Make sure it is well coated to prevent sticking.
Creamed Butter and Cream Cheese: Cream butter and cream cheese in a large bowl until light and fluffy. This can take a few minutes. So be patient and thorough.
Add Sugar: Gradually add the sugar to the butter and cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated. Continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.Add eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Make sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.
Flavor Blend: Add any flavor you want, whether vanilla extract, almond extract or cherry extract. This adds depth and complexity to the flavor of your cake.
Add flour: Gradually add flour to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.Be careful not to over mix as this may result in a dense cake.
Pour into the mold: Pour the dough into the prepared mold and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and serve: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes before removing and placing on a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice and serve as desired.
