Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 carton of bitter cream
  • 1 pau of canela
  • Ground cinnamon for sprinkling

PREPARATION:

  1. Rinse the rice and prepare dinner it in a saucepan with the water till it is tender.
  2. Add the condensed milk, cream, and cinnamon stick and cook dinner over low heat, stirring constantly, till the rice pudding is creamy.
  3. Remove from heat, sprinkle with floor cinnamon and serve.
  4. Enjoy.
