Crispy Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- two lbs rooster wings, recommendations eliminated and wings split
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
- half of teaspoon salt
- half teaspoon garlic powder
- half teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Cooking spray

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a rack on a baking sheet and gently grease it with cooking spray.
2. Pat the rooster wings dry with paper towels. This is imperative for reaching most crispiness.
3. In a massive bowl, combine collectively the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and onion powder. Add the wings and toss till they are evenly covered with the seasoning mixture.
4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the organized rack. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for an extra 20-25 minutes, or till they are golden brown and crispy.
