Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Season the Potatoes:
