Crispy Roasted Potato Slices

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. Season the Potatoes:
    • In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange on Baking Sheet:
    • Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
