INGREDIENTS
- three boneless, rooster breast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- (2) 28 oz cans of beaten tomatoes
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound cooked Penne
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon butter

Place the rooster pepper, tomatoes, onion and Italian seasoning in the gradual cooker. I used a 6 quart gradual cooker.
Cook over low warmth for eight to 10 hours.
Shred hen and stir in sluggish cooker
Stir in cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese
Garnish with Parmesan.
Covering additionally cooking to cheese is melt.
Then soften the butter in a saucepan and sauté the breadcrumbs till darkish brown in color.
Sprinkle sautéed bread crumbs over pasta. Serve and enjoy!
