Crockpot Mississippi Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced
  • 8 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen meatballs in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the meatballs.
  3. Top with slices of butter and pepperoncini peppers.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is thickened.
  5. Stir occasionally to coat the meatballs with the sauce.

Tips:

  • Serve these meatballs over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta for a complete meal.
  • You can also serve them as an appetizer with toothpicks.
