Crockpot Mississippi Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen meatballs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter, sliced
- 8 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions:
- Place the frozen meatballs in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the meatballs.
- Top with slices of butter and pepperoncini peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is thickened.
- Stir occasionally to coat the meatballs with the sauce.
Tips:
- Serve these meatballs over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta for a complete meal.
- You can also serve them as an appetizer with toothpicks.
