INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds beef, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 ounces beer
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons beef concentrate, tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 4 Carrots
- 3 large potatoes
PREPARATION:
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and score the steaks on all sides. Keep on a plate
Put the onion in the pan, add the onion and fry for a few minutes, stirring frequently, then add the garlic and fry.
Now add beer and beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper and sugar.
Put the meat back in the pan.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
Add the carrots and potatoes 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
