Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn kernels, drained
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
