Ingredients

For the Egg Foo Young:

For the Gravy:

  • Chicken Broth: The base of the gravy.
  • Soy Sauce: Adds depth of flavor.
  • Oyster Sauce: Enhances the umami taste.
  • Cornstarch: Used to thicken the gravy.
  • Water: To dissolve the cornstarch.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Omelet Mixture:
    • Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in the vegetables, protein, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Omelet:
