Peach Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional, for heat)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Peach Salsa

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the diced peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Add Lime Juice:
    • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
  3. Season:
    • Add salt and pepper to taste.
    • Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Chill:
    • Cover and refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve the peach salsa with tortilla chips, grilled chicken, fish, or as a topping for tacos.
