Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • chicken pieces.
  • 1 glass of milk.
  • 2 large eggs, beaten.
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour.
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
  • 2 teaspoons paprika.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning.

    Preparation:

    STEP 1:

    In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, garlic, pepper, salt, paprika and poultry seasoning.

    STEP 2:

    In another bowl, mix the beaten eggs and milk and set aside.

    STEP 3:

    Place the chicken pieces in the first bowl, then in the egg mixture and back into the first bowl (flour mixture).

    STEP 4:

    Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer and fry the chicken on all sides.

    STEP 5:

    Drain on absorbent paper. And serve with hot sauce.
