INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the oil in a giant skillet set over medium meat. Once the oil is hot, stir in the sliced potatoes, sliced onion, and seasonings, mixing nicely to combine.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping the potatoes each and every 5 minutes or so to make sure even cooking. Avoid over-mixing or flipping, as this will end result in comfortable potatoes.
