Frozen Pineapple Pie

Ingredients Needed

• Cream Cheese
• Sweetened Condensed Milk
• Canned Crushed Pineapple
• Graham Cracker Crust – Use the larger 10″ crust.
• Cool Whip – or sweetened whipped cream
• Fresh Pineapple – Optional for garnish
• Fresh Mint – Optional for garnish

Step-by-step instructions

Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.Luego, agregue la leche condensada azucarada, mezcle a velocidad baja hasta que esté bien combinado, luego aumente a velocidad media durante aproximadamente 2 minutos.

Recipe Notes
Store frozen pineapple cake in a covered container in the freezer for up to 3 days.For longer storage, wrap tightly in 2 layers of cling film and place in a freezer bag or add a layer of aluminum foil. Store in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
