These steaks and potatoes are such a delight! They are my most favorite meals in the world! This dish is very simple. It does now not want something as a substitute than the fundamental seasonings and butter. Give it a attempt and might also you all have a blessed day. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2-4 petite steaks
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2-4 kilos child potatoes, diced
- 2-6 tablespoons salted butter, soft
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb blend
- 1 teaspoon chopped sparkling thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped sparkling parsl
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 400 ranges F.
Step 2: In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic, butter, and dried herbs. Stir till nicely blended then set aside.
Step 3: Season the steaks abundantly with garlic powder, salt, and pepper on each sides.
Step 4: Place a skillet on the range and flip the warmth to medium-high.
Step 5: Drizzle olive oil and permit it to warmth through.
