Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the potatoes: Wash and halve the baby potatoes and place them in a large bowl.
- Season: Add olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Toss until evenly coated.
- Roast: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crisp, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish: Once done, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the potatoes for added flavor and color.
- Serve: Enjoy hot as a side dish or a standalone snack!
