There’s nothing tastier or easier than that! Our Garlic and Parmesan Roasted Shrimp recipe will have guests thinking you’ve spent hours in the kitchen. This is a great option for busy evenings when you don’t have much time but still want a great dinner with friends or family.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined but with the tail still attached
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tsp.Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon juice to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
How to Make Roasted Garlic Parmesan Shrimp
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.Mix well.
Place the shrimp on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the prawns if desired and garnish with parsley before serving.
