Gourmet Cheesy Beef Baguette

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 giant French bread loaf
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 inexperienced bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a massive skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and prepare dinner till browned. Remove and set aside.
In the equal skillet, add the final olive oil, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook till the greens are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the French bread loaf in 1/2 lengthwise. Hollow out the pinnacle and backside halves barely to make room for the filling.
In a small bowl, combine collectively mayonnaise, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this combination on each halves of the bread.
Layer the steak, cooked vegetables, and provolone cheese on the backside half of of the bread. Place the pinnacle half of of the bread on top.
Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or till the cheese is melted and the bread is toasty.
Slice and serve warm.
