2½ cups beef broth (or water with bouillon)

250g dry spaghetti (broken in half)

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)
Instructions
1. Brown the Beef

In a large skillet or deep pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the ground chuck, chopped onion, and bell pepper.

Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are soft. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2. Add Flavor

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
