Heavenly No-Bake Chocolate Lasagna

A classic chocolate lasagna recipe. This easy no-bake dessert is topped with crushed Oreos, cream, and chocolate pudding.

This dessert was made famous by Olive Garden’s chocolate lasagna. If you like chocolate cake but don’t like baking, you’ve found a new favorite dessert recipe.The dessert is prepared very quickly. The crispy Oreo crust with a layer of cheesecake and chocolate pudding makes for a phenomenal flavor combination.

We love homemade crowd-pleasing desserts like panna cotta and baklava. This chocolate pudding layered dessert is a hit at parties and potlucks and is loved by kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Crust layer:

  • 14.3 ounce package Oreo cookies or 405 grams
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake layer:

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cold shake, chilled (whipped topping)

Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 7.8 ounces instant chocolate pudding (two 3.9 ounce packages)
  • 3 1/4 cup whole milk, cold

Top Layer:

  • 8 ounces cold shake, chilled (whipped cream)

Instructions

Prepare Prepare the Oreo crust:
In a food processor or blender, pulse the entire package of Oreos with the cream until fine crumbs form. Reserve about 3 tablespoons of crushed Oreo cookies for the topping. Place in a bowl and mix with melted butter.In a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of the pan with a spatula to form a crust. Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator while you prepare it.
Prepare the cheesecake layer:
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Incorporate the Cool Whip. Spread the crust evenly and carefully.Store in the refrigerator while preparing the pudding layer.
Prepare the chocolate pudding layer:
In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until the pudding thickens.
Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the cheesecake layer. Refrigerate until the pudding sets.
Top Layer:
As a final layer, top with chilled dough and sprinkle with crushed Oreos, then cover and chill for at least 2 hours and keep refrigerated until serving.
