INGREDIENTS

  • five hundred Ml of complete milk (cow milk)
  • 1 Box of bitter cream
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 10 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 And half of tablespoon powder for ice cream with taste of your choice
  • 1 Tablespoon full of impartial alloy
  • 1 Teaspoon emulsifier

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat in the blender the milk, bitter cream, condensed milk, sugar, powder for ice cream, and the impartial alloy, for 5 minutes in excessive rotation, this combination we will name the base.
Place the base to freeze.
After freezing the base, with the resource of a pill and a massive knife, reduce the whole thing into small cubes.
Place the base already all reduce into cubes, in the mixer and add the emulsifier.
Start beating at low speed, so as no longer to pressure the mixer too much, for about 6 minutes.
After that beat the combination in the mixer at most velocity and for 14 minutes, or till you affirm that the combination is free of ice crystals.
Being clean and homogeneous, it is ready.
Put to freeze, and it is geared up to serve.
