- 200 g flour
- 8 g yeast
- 20 g sugar
- 2 large eggs

1. When preparing pancakes, you must first mix the sifted flour with the yeast (royal type) in a sufficiently large bowl or container. Then add the sugar and a pinch of salt and mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
2. Beat the eggs one at a time with a whisk or fork and add them to the container with the remaining ingredients from which the homemade pancake batter will be made.Remember that you can also make the pancake batter using electric whisks or a mixer if necessary. The more consistent, the better.
3. Then add the milk and beat again until all the ingredients are mixed. Finally, add softened or even melted (in the microwave) butter to the pancake mixture and stir again.
4. Combine both ingredients, dry and liquid, to form what will be the dough for the pancakes. Stir it well to get a homogeneous mixture without lumps and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. This step is very important as it will allow the mixture to have a better consistency.
5.After this time, heat a pan or use an iron and spread some butter on it with absorbent paper so that it melts and prevents the dough from sticking. on a pan or grill.
