Homemade strawberry ice cream

INGREDIENTS

  • five hundred grams of strawberries
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 240 ml bloodless whipped cream or whipped cream
  • 3 egg yolks

INSTRUCTIONS

1. First wash the strawberries and then reduce them in half.
2. After that, we ignore the strawberries via the blender till they are definitely beaten and as if it have been a milkshake.
3. In a saucepan, warmness a few glasses of water over medium-high warmth till boiling.
4. In a heatproof glass bowl, add the egg yolks with the sugar.
5. Reduce the warmth to a minimal and vicinity the bowl with the yolks on the pan when the water in the pan starts to boil, in this way we put together the combination in the water bath.
6. Now, let’s begin beating the egg yolks with sugar with a hand mixer till we see that the shade adjustments between whitish, yellowish. This takes about 5 minutes.
7. Next, take out the bowl and then let the combination come to room temperature.
8. Meanwhile, in every other bowl, we whip the cream, to this we pour in the whipped cream, which need to be very cold, and then we beat with the hand mixer for 3-4 minutes till peaks form.
9. We add the whipped cream little.
