Ingredients

2 to 3 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken (thighs, legs, or breasts)

½ cup honey

¼ cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13″ baking dish or line with foil for easy cleanup. -
Make the Glaze
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. -
Prepare the Chicken
Place the chicken pieces into the prepared baking dish, skin-side up. Pour the glaze evenly over the chicken, coating all pieces well. -
Bake
Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Spoon glaze over chicken once or twice during baking. -
Rest and Serve
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme and serve with your favorite sides.
