INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 kilos of boneless skinless hen thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3-4 tablespoons Honey
- 1- half tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Fresh chopped parsley or inexperienced onions for garnis

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut fowl thighs into small chew sized pieces. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a massive skillet (cast iron works best) on excessive heat.
Add the hen to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let prepare dinner till it starts offevolved to alternate from red to white and get some golden edges about 4-5 minutes.
Add the ultimate butter, garlic, vinegar and honey. Stir till hen is coated. Simmer sauce and rooster to caramelize the backyard about any other 2-3 minutes.
Top with clean chopped parsley or inexperienced onions. Serve poultry over rice or mashed potatoes.
