Hot Cheesy Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 lb lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), and chopped green onions. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the Dip:
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve:
- Serve the hot cheesy crab dip with crackers or slices of baguette for dipping.
