INGREDIENTS

  • Two eggs
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) milk
  • 10 g (1 tbsp) clean yeast
  • 500 g (3 1/3 cups) flour
  • 60 g (1/4 cup) butter 30
  • g (2 tbsp) sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for fry
  • sugar

1. Place eggs, milk and yeast in a small bowl and combine well.
In some other bowl, add the flour, butter, sugar, salt and the before organized combination and combine nicely with your fingers till the combination is free of lumps.
2. Form the dough into a massive ball. Cover the pinnacle and let the dough relaxation for 2 hours, or till doubled in size.
Transfer the dough to the workbench and divide it into 9 pieces. Roll out the dough through hand from pinnacle to backside and at the give up create the structure with your hands.
3. Add the organized donuts to the pan and location in the oven at 30°C/86°F
for 1 hour.
4. Fry the fritters in deep oil till golden brown on each sides. After frying, dip them in sugar.
