Ingredients:
- 1 (10 oz) bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese cubes, softened
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 1 shredded
- 1 can of cheese
- 44 or 1 oz mozzarella or 1 can of sweet green cheese
- 4 or 1 oz (sweet or medium)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 41/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Lightly grease the baking trays or cover with baking paper.
Prepare the chips:
Place the Tostitos Tortilla Chips on the prepared baking sheets, cup-side up, ready to be filled.
Mix the filling:
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream, shredded mozzarella, egg, sweet corn, green chilies, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until well combined.
Fill the chips:
Pour about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each tortilla shell, filling them generously.
Add Parmesan Topping:
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the filled chips for a delicious topping.
Bake:
Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve:
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve hot and enjoy these delicious cheese bites!
