For the glaze:

  • half of cup margarine
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup actual vanilla extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. In a massive mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then add the cinnamon, buttermilk, milk, and actual vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, sift collectively the sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Add this dry combination to the egg mixture.
4. Melt the margarine and, then stir it into the batter.
5. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and combine till properly combined.

10. When the cake is done, get rid of it from the oven and at once pour the warm glaze evenly over the warm cake.
