Instructions

Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Prepare the dough
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, and salt. Blend until a dough forms.-
If the dough is too crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of water gradually until it holds together.

Place the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper. Cover it with another sheet of parchment paper on top.
Press down slightly, then roll it out with a rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick. -
