INGREDIENTS
- 3 x kohlrabi, washed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp. tsp chili pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- half tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Cut off the stems and remove the kohlrabi leaves. Removes tough skin.
3. Using a large knife, cut the bulb in half. Then, cut it into slices and then into long sticks.
4. Place the fries on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.
5. Roast the fries for 25 to 30 min., turning halfway through cooking until golden brown and crispy.
