Ingredients:
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup of guacamole
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of salsa
- 2 cups of shredded lettuce
- 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup of sliced black olives
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Prepare the Beans: In a medium bowl, mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning until well combined. Spread the seasoned beans evenly on the bottom of a large serving dish or a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the Dip:
- Spread the guacamole evenly over the refried beans.
- Next, spread a layer of sour cream over the guacamole.
- Pour and spread the salsa evenly over the sour cream.
- Add the Toppings:
- Sprinkle the shredded lettuce evenly over the salsa layer.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and sliced black olives on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Finish by adding the chopped green onions.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
